建筑施工企业新时代高技能人才队伍建设路径研究

摘要 拥有一支新时代高技能人才队伍,是建筑施工企业实现“中国建造”品牌核心力量的重要保障。建筑施工企业目前在高技能人才队伍建设方面存在缺乏有效激励措施,高技能人才数量严重不足;缺乏健全培养体系,高技能人才培养周期漫长;缺乏精准需求定位,高技能人才供需关系不符的问题。因此,提出建立健全高技能人才激励机制,加大岗位吸引;持续完善高技能人才培养体系,拓宽培养路径;时刻关注高技能人才最新需求,增强供需匹配多路径并举的措施,以促进企业持续、稳定、高质量发展。 In the new era,a high-skilled talent team is essential for construction enterprises to achieve the core strength of the"China Construction"brand.Currently,construction enterprises face several issues in building such teams,including a lack of effective incentive measures,a serious shortage of high-skilled talent,a lack of a comprehensive training system resulting in long training cycles,and a mismatch between the supply and demand of high-skilled talent due to imprecise demand positioning.Therefore,it is proposed to establish a sound incentive mechanism to increase job attraction,continuously improve the training system and broaden training paths,and pay close attention to the latest needs of high-skilled talent to enhance supply and demand matching.These measures aim to promote sustainable,stable,and high-quality development of enterprises.
