混凝土全级配颗粒曲线应用研究

摘要 通常基于国标或粗犷的经验法对于混凝土配合比设计,得到的只会是一个普通混凝土产品,为验证颗粒级配曲线重要性,文中采用Fuller曲线、Bolomey曲线模型对砂、石骨料筛分结果进行拟合,对比了采用2种模型的曲线配制的C30混凝土和易性、包裹性、强度数据,得出采用同一原材料,基于Fuller曲线和Bolomey曲线拟合出的最佳密实度曲线基本一致的结论。 Generally,based on national standards and empirical methods of coarse ore,the design of concrete mix proportions only yields one ordinary concrete product.To verify the importance of the particle size distribution curve,Fuller curve and Bolomey curve models are used to fit the screening results of sand and stone aggregates.The work⁃ability,envelopment,and strength data of C30 concrete prepared using the curves of the two models are compared,and it is concluded that the best density curve fitted based on Fuller curve and Bolomey curve using the same raw material is basically consistent.
