我国慢性病老年人抑郁状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of Depression Status and Its Influencing Factors in the Elderly with Chronic Diseases in China

目的分析我国患有慢性病老年人的抑郁状况,并探究其影响因素。方法通过使用CLHLS 2018年数据,对我国慢性病老年人的群体特征和抑郁状况进行描述性统计,采用二元Logistic回归模型分析,探究影响慢性病老年人抑郁情况的影响因素。结果6224例患慢性病老年人中,656例有抑郁倾向,占比10.5%。性别、年龄、现居住地、同居人数、生活水平、是否锻炼、工具性日常生活能力(instrumental activities of daily living,IADL)、生活满意度与患慢性病老年人抑郁得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。患慢性病数量、提供社区服务与患慢性病老年人抑郁得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性病群体抑郁的发生风险较高,尤其是独居老年人,提升老年人生命质量,鼓励加强锻炼,政府增加康复医疗服务供给,给予经济支持,可降低其抑郁的发生风险,改善其心理健康。

Objective To analyze the depression status of the elderly with chronic diseases in China,and explore its influencing factors.Methods By using the data of CLHLS 2018,the group characteristics and depression status of elderly with chronic diseases in Chi-na were conducted descriptive statistics,and analyzed them using binary Logistic regression model,to explore the influencing factors affecting the depression status of the elderly with chronic diseases.Results Among the 6224 elderly with chronic diseases,656 had a tend-ency to be depressed,accounting for 10.5%of the total.Gender,age,current residence,number of cohabitants,standard of living,whether they exercised,instrumental activities of daily living(IADL),and life satisfaction were negatively correlated with depression scores of elderly with chronic diseases(P<0.05).The number of chronic diseases and the provision of community services were positively correlated with the depression scores of the elderly with chronic diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk of depression in the elderly with chronic disease is higher,especially those who live alone,and improving the quality of life of elderly,encouraging them to strengthen exercise,increasing the supply of rehabilitation medical services by the government,and providing economic support can reduce the risk of depression and improve their mental health.
