Objective To analyze the correlations of simplified joint ultrasound score with joint inflammation and bone destruction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods According to DAS-28 score,72 RA patients were divided into remission group, mild active group and moderate to severe active group.ESR,CRP,RANKL levels and simplified joint ultrasound score were compared among the three groups, and the correlations of ESR,CRP and RANKL levels with simplified joint ultrasound scores were analyzed. Results The levels of ESR,CRP and RANKL,and simplified joint ultrasound score in the moderate to severe active group, mild active group and remission group decreased in turn(P<0.05).Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that ESR,CRP and RANKL levels were positively correlated with simplified joint ultrasound score(P<0.05).Conclusions The simplified joint ultrasound score increases with the disease progression of RA patients, which can be used as an evaluation index of RA disease activity.
