血塞通注射液联合丁苯酞注射液对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及凝血四项指标的影响

Impact of Xuesaitong Injection Combined with Butylphthalide Injection on Neurological Function and Four Coagulation Indicators of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨血塞通注射液联合丁苯酰注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能及凝血四项指标的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2022年8月我院收治的ACI患者81例,按治疗方法的不同分为两组。对照组采用基础治疗+丁苯酞注射液治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上采用血塞通注射液治疗。比较两组的神经功能、凝血四项指标。结果治疗14d后,联合组的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14d后,联合组的PT、TT、APTT均明显长于对照组,FIB水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合丁苯酞注射液治疗ACI患者可明显改善其凝血功能,促进其神经功能恢复。

Objective To explore the impact of Xuesaitong injection combined with butylphthalide injection on neurological function and four coagulation indicators of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 81 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with basic therapy+butylphthalide injection,and the combined group was treated with Xuesaitong injection on the basis of the control group.The neurological function and coagulation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,PT,TT and APTT of the combined group were significantly longer than those of the control group,and FIB level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xuesaitong injection combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of ACI patients can significantly improve their coagulation function and promote the recovery of neurological function.
