摘要
目的观察肺癌患者的凝血功能指标变化情况及其与预后的关系。方法选取2021年11月至2022年7月我院收治的肺癌患者96例为肺癌组,同期96例身体健康者为健康组,比较两组的凝血功能指标。随访1年,比较不同预后肺癌患者的凝血功能指标,分析预后不良的影响因素。结果肺癌组的APTT、PT均显著短于健康组,FIB、D-D水平均显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。肺癌组中,预后不良患者的APTT、PT均显著短于预后良好患者,FIB、D-D水平均显著高于预后良好患者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,APTT、PT为肺癌患者预后不良的保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05),FIB、D-D则为独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者普遍伴有凝血功能异常,血液高凝状态是肺癌患者预后不良的影响因素,可用于预后评估。
Objective To observe the changes of coagulation function indicators in patients with lung cancer and their correlations with prognosis.Methods 96 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the lung cancer group,and 96 healthy people in the same period were selected as the healthy group.The coagulation function indicators of the two groups were compared.After 1 year of follow-up,the coagulation function indicators of lung cancer patients with different prognosis were compared,and the influencing factors of poor prognosis were analyzed.Results APTT and PT in the lung cancer group were significantly shorter than those in the healthy group,and the FIB and D-D levels were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).In the lung cancer group,APTT and PT in patients with poor prognosis were significantly shorter than those in patients with good prognosis,and the FIB and D-D levels were significantly higher than those in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that APTT and PT were protective factors(OR<1,P<0.05),and FIB and D-D were independent risk factors(OR>1,P<0.05)for poor prognosis of patients with lung cancer.Conclusions Patients with lung cancer are generally accompanied by abnormal coagulation function.Blood hypercoagulability is an influencing factor for poor prognosis of patients with lung cancer and can be used for prognosis evaluation.
