摘要
目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子配合甲钴胺对周围性面瘫的治疗效果及患者对面神经肌电图的影响。方法:将2022年5月—2023年5月我院诊治的98例周围性面瘫患者分为对照组、试验组,各49例。对照组予以甲钴胺片治疗,试验组予以注射用鼠神经生长因子加甲钴胺片治疗。比较两组总体疗效、病情程度相关指标、面神经肌电图指标。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.05);试验组Sunnybrook面神经评定系统(SFGS)评分、Portmann简易评估法(RPA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组传导潜伏期短于对照组,患健侧波幅比值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对周围性面瘫患者,鼠神经生长因子配合甲钴胺可提高治疗效果,促进患者病情恢复,且能改善患者面神经肌电图指标。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamin on peripheral facial paralysis and the effect of patients on facial nerve electromyography.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2023,98 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were divided into control group and experimental group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets,and the experimental group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor for injection combined with mecobalamin tablets.The overall eficacy,disease severity related indicators,and facial nerve electromyography indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.84%,which was higher than 75.51%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Sunnybrook Facial Grading System(SFGS)and Portmann's Simple Scale(RPA)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The conduction latency of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amplitude ratio of the affected side to the healthy side was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with peripheral facial paralysis,mouse nerve growth factor combined with mecobalamin can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of the patient's condition,and improve the patient's facial nerve electromyography index.
