地奥心血康辅助阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗高血压合并冠脉介入术后心绞痛的效果

Effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang Combined with Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Angina Pectoris After Coronary Intervention

目的:观察地奥心血康联合阿托伐他汀和氯吡格雷治疗高血压合并冠脉介入术后心绞痛的应用效果。方法:选取本院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的68例高血压合并冠脉介入术后心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(34例)和对照组(34例),对照组采用阿托伐他汀和氯吡格雷治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用地奥心血康,比较两组临床疗效、心功能、左心室内径、临床症状改善情况及不良反发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率和左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,且不良反应发生率、血小板聚集率及黏附率、平均动脉压(MAP)、左心室收缩期末内径(LVESD)与舒张期末内径(LVEDD)均低于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地奥心血康联合阿托伐他汀和氯吡格雷治疗高血压合并冠脉介入术后心绞痛效果较好,可有效缓解患者高血压和心绞痛发作情况,提升心功能表达,并降低不良反应发生风险,临床疗效和安全性更高。

Objective:To observe the application effect of Di'ao Xinxuekang combined with atorvastatin and clopidogrel in the treatment of hypertension complicated with angina pectoris after coronary intervention.Methods:A total of 68 patients with hypertension and angina pectoris after coronary intervention in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group(34 patients)and control group(34 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin and clopidogrel,and the study group was combined with Di'ao Xinxuekang on the basis of the control group.The clinical eficacy,cardiac function,left ventricular diameter,improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions,platelet aggregation rate and adhesion rate,mean arterial pressure(MAP),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were lower than those in the control group,the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of attacks was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Di'ao Xinxuekang,atorvastatin,and clopidogrel has a good effect on the treatment of hypertension combined with angina pectoris after coronary intervention surgery.It can effectively alleviate the incidence of hypertension and angina pectoris in patients,improve cardiac function expression,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.The clinical efficacy and safety are higher.
