健康教育联合CICARE沟通模式在慢性鼻窦炎患者出院后用药康复过程中的应用价值

Application Value of Health Education Combined with CICARE Communication Mode in the Rehabilitation Process of Patients with Chronic Sinusitis After Discharge

目的:探讨健康教育联合流程化沟通(CICARE沟通)模式在慢性鼻窦炎出院后用药干预的应用价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月我院收治并确诊为慢性鼻窦炎的76例患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各组38例。对照组给予常规院内护理及用药干预和出院指导,研究组在此基础上加以健康教育联合CICARE沟通模式干预。比较两组用药执行能力、生活质量、复诊依从性及对护理满意程度。结果:两组干预后用药执行力评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后生活质量评分低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组出院2周后复诊依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而研究组出院1个月后及2个月后复诊依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对护理工作态度、护理事项、职业素养以及环境管理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育联合流程化沟通模式在慢性鼻窦炎出院后用药干预的应用价值较高,可提升患者用药执行力及复诊依从性,进而提升患者生存质量,且患者对护理满意程度较高。

Objective:To explore the application value of health education combined with process communication(CICARE communication)model in drug intervention after discharge of chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 76 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was given routine in-hospital nursing and medication intervention and discharge guidance.On this basis,the study group was given health education combined with CICARE communication mode intervention.The medication execution ability,quality of life,follow-up compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication execution score after intervention was higher than before intervention,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score after intervention was lower than before intervention,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in follow-up compliance between the two groups after 2 weeks of discharge(P>0.05),while the compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group after 1 month and 2 months after discharge(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing work attitude,nursing matters,professional quality and environmental management in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of health education combined with process communication mode in drug intervention after discharge of chronic sinusitis is high,which can improve the patient's medication execution and follow-up compliance,thus improving the quality of life of patients,and the patient's satisfaction with nursing is high.
