GIS在城建档案管理信息系统集成中的应用

Application of GIS in the Integration of Urban Construction Archives Management Information System

随着近几年我国城市建设规模的不断提升以及城建档案数量的不断增加,为解决传统档案管理效率低等问题,推动系统集成就成为档案管理工作发展的必然趋势。基于此,本文提出了以地理信息系统技术(Geographic Information System,GIS)为核心,强化城建档案管理信息系统的集成的措施,提高档案管理系统的灵活性,为打造高效率城建档案管理集成系统提供参考。

With the continuous increase in the scale of urban construction in China in recent years and the increase in the number of urban construction archives,promoting system integration is an inevitable trend in the development of archive management to change the low efficiency of traditional archive management.Based on this,this article proposes measures to strengthen the integration of urban construction archive management information systems with geographic information system technology as the core,improve the flexibility of archive management systems,and provide reference for building efficient urban construction archive management integrated systems.
