针对网络设备运维能力的移动性、实时性需求,以及家宽装维过程的精细化管控与实时信息交互需求,文章建立基于5G消息交互能力构建设备智能运维及家宽装维智能互联平台,提供给业务运营及运维支撑团队可随时互联互动、洞察网络设备与家宽装维动态的渠道,以解决日常运维指标的实时推送、设备的一键切换、维护资料的交互获取以及安全认证、割接管理、家宽装维效能提升等问题,显著提升数智化运维能力。

In response to the mobility and real-time demand for network equipment operation and maintenance capabilities,as well as the demand for refined control and real-time information interaction in the process of home broadband installation and maintenance,the article establishes an intelligent interconnection platform for equipment intelligent operation and maintenance and home broadband installation and maintenance based on interaction capability of 5G message.It provides a channel for business operations team and operation and maintenance support team to interact with each other at any time and observe the dynamics of network equipment and home broadband installation and maintenance,in order to solve the problems of real-time delivery of daily operation and maintenance indexes,one-button switching of equipment,interactive access to maintenance information,as well as security authentication,cutover management,and the performance enhancement of home broadband installation and maintenance,and to significantly enhance the capability of digital intelligent operation and maintenance.
