摘要
数字化时代推动了各行业的线上业务发展,为了给客户提供更方便的服务,保险理赔行业也开展了线上服务,并且产品形态也更具创新性。本文以保险职业学院立项省级楚怡产教融合金融保险实训基地为典型案例,阐述了线上保险理赔实训平台的设计和创新,介绍了场景创新和实践,通过线上理赔实训平台提升既有理赔从业人员在线理赔实务水平,使其紧跟行业发展趋势,并助力行业企业优化业务平台,提升理赔效率、质量。
The digital era has promoted the development of online business in various industries.In order to provide more convenient services,insurance claims have also launched online services,and the product form has become more innovative.Based on the provincial Chuyi Industry-Education Integrated Financial Insurance Training Base which is established by the Insurance Vocational College as a typical case,this article explains the design and innovation of the online insurance claims training platform,introduces scenario innovation and practice,and uses the online claims training platform to improve the online claims practice level of existing claims practitioners to make them keep up with industry development trends,and help industry companies optimize their business platforms and improve claims efficiency and quality.
