数字技术赋能下传统制造业转型升级对策与路径研究

摘要 随着新时代互联网经济的更新迭代,数字技术在新的市场需求中应运而生,而传统制造业是我国经济发展的重要基础,加速发展数字技术化的新质生产力为我国传统制造业转型升级提供了重要机遇和强大助力。因此,本文研究数字技术与新质生产力融入传统制造业,从专利技术和投入产出两个视角测量评估数字技术赋能传统制造业不同部门的水平及成因,并借助生产函数模型,从技术、资本、劳动力、数据等生产要素全面建立数字技术赋能传统制造业转型升级发展的机制,对我国传统制造业中生产要素、生产模式、科技创新方式进一步统筹规划、统筹分配、统筹推进,充分发挥政府引导和企业主体作用,融入高校科技人才保障,共享技术开发创新动力是关键。 With the renewal and iteration of the Internet economy in the new era,digital technology has emerged in the new market demand,and the traditional manufacturing industry has always been an important foundation for China's economic development.Accelerating the development of new quality productivity of digital technology has provided important opportunities and powerful support for the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional manufacturing industry.Therefore,this article studies the integration of digital technology and new productive forces into traditional manufacturing,measuring and evaluating the level and causes of digital technology empowering different sectors of traditional manufacturing from the perspectives of patent technology and input-output.With the help of production function models,a comprehensive mechanism for digital technology empowering the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing is established from production factors such as technology,capital,labor force,and data.Further planning,allocation,and promotion of production factors,production modes,and technological innovation methods in China's traditional manufacturing industry are coordinated,fully leveraging the role of government guidance and enterprise entities,integrating into the protection of scientific and technological talents in universities,and sharing the driving force of technological development and innovation are key.
