压裂电机定子铁心与机座过盈配合分析

摘要 针对5000型电驱压裂用主电机定子铁心与机座间的过盈配合,同时考虑实际应用中的高低温工况,采用有限元的计算方法,对设计过盈量下的接触面装配应力及传递力矩进行校核。分析结果对于压裂电机定子铁心与机座结构设计有一定指导意义。 Aiming at the interference fit between the stator core and frame of the main motor of the type 5000 electric drive fracturing machine and taking the high and low temperature conditions in practical application into account at same time,the assembly stress and transmission torque of the contact surface under the designed interference are verified by means of the finite element calculation method.The analysis results have certain guiding significance for the structural design of the stator core and framework of the fracturing machinery motor.
