针对性护理联合低频脉冲生物刺激仪对产妇泌乳不足的影响

摘要 目的分析针对性护理联合低频脉冲生物刺激仪对产妇泌乳不足的影响。方法选取2021年11月-2022年10月我院分娩的60例泌乳不足产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各组30例。对照组实施针对性护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予低频脉冲生物刺激仪护理干预,比较两组母乳喂养率、泌乳量、24 h母乳喂养次数、母乳喂养知识水平、护理满意度。结果观察组护理后母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后泌乳量、24 h母乳喂养次数均大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后母乳喂养知识水平高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理基础上配合低频脉冲生物刺激仪护理干预可提高母乳喂养率,改善泌乳量和喂养次数,提升产妇母乳喂养知识水平,提升护理满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing combined with low frequency pulse biological stimulator on maternal lactation insufficiency.Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,60 parturients with insufficient lactation in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 parturients in each group.The control group was given targeted nursing,and the observation group was given low-frequency pulse biological stimulator nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The breastfeeding rate,lactation volume,24 h breastfeeding times,breastfeeding knowledge level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lactation volume and 24 h breastfeeding times of the two groups after nursing were greater than those before nursing,and the observation group was greater than the control group(P<0.05).The level of breastfeeding knowledge after nursing in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing combined with low-frequency pulse biological stimulator nursing intervention can improve breastfeeding rate,lactation volume and feeding frequency,improve maternal breastfeeding knowledge level,and improve nursing satisfaction.
