氢化萜烯酚改性苯乙烯树脂的制备及其在压敏胶中的应用

摘要 将α-蒎烯、苯乙烯、苯酚进行阳离子共聚氢化得到软化点为92℃,羟值9.9 mg KOH/g、Gardner色号小于1的氢化萜烯酚改性苯乙烯树脂(HTPS树脂),采用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振波谱、红外光谱等方法对HTPS树脂的结构进行了表征。将HTPS树脂应用于压敏胶中,粘结效果良好,通过正交实验获得初粘力16号、持粘力大于23 h、180°剥离强度能达到4.3 N/cm的配方。HTPS树脂与萜烯树脂制备的压敏胶通过80℃老化测试表明,180°剥离强度损失率分别为11.6%和50.6%。HTPS树脂压敏胶具有良好的耐候性,有较好的应用前景。 By employing cationic copolymerization hydrogenation of α-pinene,styrene,and phenol,a hydrogenated terpene-phenolstyrene copolymer resin(HTPS resin) was synthesized,exhibiting a softening point of 92 ℃,a hydroxyl value of 9.9 mg KOH/g,and a Gardner color number less than 1.The structural characterization of the HTPS resin was conducted using gel permeation chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and infrared spectroscopy.The application of HTPS resin in pressure sensitive adhesives demonstrated excellent adhesive performance.Through orthogonal experiments,a formulation was optimized that achieved an initial adhesion of#16,a holding adhesion greater than 23 hours,and a 180° peel strength of 4.3 N/cm.In the aging test at80℃,the loss rate of 180° peel strength of the pressure sensitive adhesive prepared by HTPS resin and terpene resin was 11.6%and 50.6%.Pressure sensitive adhesive prepared by HTPS resin has exhibiting superior weather resistance and promising application prospects.
