基于Snyder希望理论的产前护理教育对产妇分娩创伤发生率及心理弹性的影响

Effect of Antenatal Care Education Based on Snyder Hope Theory on the Incidence of Birth Trauma and Psychological Resilience

目的:探讨基于Snyder希望理论的产前护理教育对产妇分娩创伤发生率及产妇心理弹性的影响,为临床护理提供依据。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年9月于新乡市中心医院生产的126例产妇作为研究对象,依照护理方式的不同将其分为对照组58例和观察组68例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用基于Snyder希望理论的产前护理教育干预。比较两组产妇分娩相关知识掌握情况、心理弹性水平、分娩创伤发生率。结果:干预后,两组产妇分娩相关知识掌握程度均有所提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.578,P<0.05)。干预后,两组产妇心理弹性评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.431,P<0.05)。两组产妇分娩创伤发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.994,P>0.05)。结论:基于Snyder希望理论的产前护理教育干预能够提升产妇的分娩相关知识掌握程度,提高产妇心理弹性水平,但对降低分娩创伤发生率的作用不明显。

Objective:To probe into the influence of prenatal nursing education based on Snyder Hope Theory on the incidence of childbirth trauma and the psychological elasticity of lying-in women,so as to provide basis for clinical nursing.Methods:A total of 126 pregnant women who gave birth in Xinxiang Central Hospital from October 2022 and September 2022 were regarded as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=68)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given prenatal nursing education intervention based on Snyder Hope Theory.Parturient knowledge,the level of psychological flexibility and the incidence of birth trauma of two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the level of knowledge about delivery was improved in both groups,and the level of knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group(χ^(2)=5.578,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of resilience of parturient in both groups were higher than that before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.431,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of delivery trauma between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.994,P>0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of prenatal nursing education based on Snyder Hope Theory can improve the knowledge of parturient,and improve their psychological resilience.But it has no obvious effect on reducing the incidence of parturition trauma.
