摘要
血管外膜所存在的血管附近脂肪细胞被临床上视为内分泌细胞,不但能对炎症刺激产生反应,还能和交感神经系统、相邻血管细胞相互作用,从而促进脂肪细胞因子与其他信号介质的释放,保持血管的稳态。血管周围脂肪细胞有显著的特异性,在饮食等因素导致的肥胖作用下,容易出现功能性障碍,加快血管炎性、血管收缩、平滑肌稀薄增殖等功能反应,且参与血管疾病的形成与发展。临床上对于血管周围脂肪细胞改善血管功能作用的研究给予高度重视,但是关于引发血管疾病的原因并不十分清楚。文章将探索血管周围脂肪细胞引发心血管疾病的原因,希望为临床研究提供重要参考依据。
The adipocytes near the blood vessels presenting in the adventitia of blood vessels are considered endocrine cells in clinical practice.They can not only respond to inflammatory stimuli,but also interact with the sympathetic nervous system and adjacent vascular cells,thereby promote the release of adipocytokines and other signaling mediators and maintaining vascular homeostasis.Perivascular adipocytes have significant specificity,and under the influence of obesity caused by factors such as diet,they are prone to functional disorders,accelerating functional responses such as vasculitis,vascular contraction,and smooth muscle thinning and proliferation,and participating in the formation and development of vascular diseases.Clinical research on the improvement of vascular function by perivascular adipocytes is highly valued,but the causes of vascular diseases are not very clear.The study explores the causes of vascular diseases caused by perivascular adipocytes,hoping to provide important reference for clinical research.
