观察缩宫素联合益母草颗粒治疗产后子宫复旧不良的效果

Observation of the effect of oxytocin combined with motherwort granules on postpartum subinvolution of uterus

目的分析缩宫素联合益母草颗粒治疗产后子宫复旧不良的效果。方法选择104例产后子宫复旧不良患者,采用数字随机方法分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组应用缩宫素治疗,观察组采用缩宫素联合益母草颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗后症状缓解时间,治疗前后的血液流变学指标、血常规指标、宫底高度及子宫体积,月经恢复时间、晚期产后出血率和实施清宫术率,临床效果。结果观察组腰腹坠痛、阴道出血、子宫压痛缓解时间分别为(3.26±0.53)、(3.36±0.64)、(3.42±0.68)d,均明显短于对照组的(5.36±1.16)、(6.38±1.23)、(6.50±1.55)d,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血浆粘度水平分别为(3.09±0.27)mPa·s、(3.24±0.47)、(1.21±0.25)mPa·s,均低于对照组的(4.13±0.45)mPa·s、(4.87±0.55)、(1.50±0.36)mPa·s,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血小板计数(PLT)(178.20±18.05)×10^(9)/L低于对照组的(191.34±23.14)×10^(9)/L,血红蛋白(Hb)(117.27±15.27)g/L、红细胞计数(RBC)(3.93±0.59)×10^(12)/L高于对照组的(105.01±13.29)g/L、(3.65±0.51)×10^(12)/L,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组宫底高度(7.93±1.22)cm和子宫体积(88.79±15.93)cm3均小于对照组的(10.42±1.65)cm、(108.89±13.41)cm3,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后月经恢复时间(26.34±5.78)d短于对照组的(35.27±6.10)d,晚期产后出血率0和实施清宫术率1.92%均低于对照组的9.62%、13.46%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者总有效率94.23%高于对照组的80.77%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论产后子宫复旧不良通过缩宫素联合益母草颗粒治疗可提高子宫复旧效率,帮助患者改善血液状态,促进恢复时间缩短,同时减少了相关并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of oxytocin combined with motherwort granules on postpartum subinvolution of uterus.Methods 104 patients with postpartum subinvolution of uterus were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using numerical randomization,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with motherwort granules.Both groups were compared in terms of symptom remission time after treatment,blood rheological indicators and blood routine indicators before and after treatment,uterine floor height,uterine volume,menstrual recovery time,late postpartum hemorrhage rate,and rate of performing curettage.Results The relief time of lower back and and abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding and uterine tenderness in the observation group were(3.26±0.53),(3.36±0.64)and(3.42±0.68)d,which were significantly shorter than(5.36±1.16),(6.38±1.23)and(6.50±1.55)d in the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index and plasma viscosity levels in the observation group were(3.09±0.27)mPa·s,(3.24±0.47)and(1.21±0.25)mPa·s,which were lower than(4.13±0.45)mPa·s,(4.87±0.55)and(1.50±0.36)mPa·s in the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet count(PLT)of(178.20±18.05)×10^(9)/L in the observation group was lower than(191.34±23.14)×10^(9)/L in the control group;the hemoglobin(Hb)of(117.27±15.27)g/L and red blood cell count(RBC)of(3.93±0.59)×10^(12)/L in the observation group were higher than(105.01±13.29)g/L and(3.65±0.51)×10^(12)/L in the control group;there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine floor height of(7.93±1.22)cm and uterine volume of(88.79±15.93)cm3 in the observation group were lower than(10.42±1.65)cm and(108.89±13.41)cm3 in the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual recovery time of(26.34±5.78)d in the observation group was shorter than(35.27±6.10)d in the control group;the rate of late postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of performing curettage in the observation group were 0 and 1.92%,which were lower than 9.62%and 13.46%in the control group;there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than 80.77%of the control group,and there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with motherwort granules for the treatment of postpartum subinvolution of uterus can improve the efficiency of uterine involution,help patients improve blood status,shorten recovery time,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
