越鞠丸联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及阴性症状的影响研究

Study on the effect of Yueju Pill combined with olanzapine on sleep quality and negative symptoms in schizophrenic patients

目的探究精神分裂症患者联合使用奥氮平与越鞠丸对患者阴性症状及睡眠质量的影响。方法76例精神分裂症患者,以抽签法随机分为对照组与研究组,各38例。对照组以奥氮平治疗,研究组以奥氮平联合越鞠丸治疗。对比两组患者精神症状评分、睡眠质量评分、不良反应发生情况、生活质量评分。结果研究组患者阴性症状评分为(14.54±5.89)分、阴性症状量表(SANS)评分为(43.06±18.33)分,均低于对照组的(23.22±5.02)、(51.46±17.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者睡眠障碍评分为(0.69±0.12)分、入睡时间评分为(0.61±0.15)分、睡眠时间评分为(0.67±0.16)分、日间功能紊乱评分为(0.75±0.21)分、睡眠效率评分为(0.68±0.12)分、催眠药物应用评分为(0.73±0.15)分、主观睡眠质量评分为(0.74±0.21)分,均低于对照组的(1.11±0.13)、(1.06±0.12)、(1.20±0.15)、(1.30±0.17)、(1.22±0.14)、(1.34±0.16)、(1.24±0.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后生理、心理、精神、环境评分均较治疗前有显著提升,且研究组患者生理评分(80.46±8.26)分、心理评分(81.35±8.16)分、精神评分(80.22±8.39)分、环境评分(81.02±8.11)分比对照组的(72.28±7.31)、(72.14±6.98)、(70.65±7.38)、(72.36±7.43)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用奥氮平与越鞠丸治疗精神分裂症可提升患者睡眠质量、改善阴性症状,提高生活质量评分,且使用安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Yueju Pill combined with olanzapine on sleep quality and negative symptoms in schizophrenic patients.Methods 76 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a lottery method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,while the study group was treated with olanzapine combined with Yueju Pills.The psychiatric symptom score,sleep quality score,occurrence of adverse reaction and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The negative symptom score of the study group was(14.54±5.89)points and the score of Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS)was(43.06±18.33)points,which were lower than(23.22±5.02)and(51.46±17.02)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the score of sleep disorder was(0.69±0.12)points,the score of sleep latency was(0.61±0.15)points,the score of sleep time was(0.67±0.16)points,the score of daytime dysfunction was(0.75±0.21)points,the score of sleep efficiency was(0.68±0.12)points,the score of hypnotic drug use was(0.73±0.15)points,and the subjective sleep quality score was(0.74±0.21)points,which were lower than(1.11±0.13),(1.06±0.12),(1.20±0.15),(1.30±0.17),(1.22±0.14),(1.34±0.16),and(1.24±0.30)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the physiological,psychological,mental and environmental scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment;the physiological score of the study group was(80.46±8.26)points,the psychological score was(81.35±8.16)points,the mental score was(80.22±8.39)points and the environmental score was(81.02±8.11)points,which were higher than(72.28±7.31),(72.14±6.98),(70.65±7.38)and(72.36±7.43)points of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of olanzapine and Yueju Pills for the treatment of schizophrenia can improve the sleep quality,negative symptoms and quality of life score of patients,and it has high safety.
