分析高血压病眩晕采用黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的临床效果

Analysis of the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating hypertensive vertigo

目的对高血压病眩晕患者在治疗过程中实施黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,分析治疗效果。方法50例高血压病眩晕患者,采用电脑抽号法随机分为常规组与研究组,每组25例。常规组患者实施常规西药治疗,研究组患者实施黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗。对比两组患者血压指标[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、不良反应发生率、血管内皮功能指标[降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)]、中医眩晕程度分级评分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者SBP(130.15±3.26)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、DBP(82.34±3.21)mm Hg低于常规组的(140.29±3.38)、(98.79±3.92)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者中医眩晕程度分级评分(5.52±1.19)分、DHI评分(8.13±1.02)分低于常规组的(7.14±2.33)、(14.44±3.05)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率4.00%低于常规组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者CGRP(39.48±4.07)ng/L高于常规组的(32.01±3.21)ng/L,ET-1(74.09±6.02)ng/L、TM(1.15±0.11)μg/L低于常规组的(89.18±9.05)ng/L、(1.62±0.19)μg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压病眩晕患者实施黄连温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,调节患者的血压水平,改善患者的血管内皮功能,减少不良反应的发生,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating hypertensive vertigo.Methods 50 patients with hypertensive vertigo were randomly divided into a conventional group and a study group by computer drawing method,with 25 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],incidence of adverse reactions,vascular endothelial function index[calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),endothelin-1(ET-1),thrombomodulin(TM)],traditional Chinese medicine vertigo rating score and dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score.Results After treatment,the study group had SBP of(130.15±3.26)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and DBP of(82.34±3.21)mm Hg,which were lower than(140.29±3.38)and(98.79±3.92)mm Hg in the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine vertigo rating score and DHI score in the study group were(5.52±1.19)and(8.13±1.02)points,which were lower than(7.14±2.33)and(14.44±3.05)points in the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 4.00%in the study group was lower than 24.00%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CGRP of(39.48±4.07)ng/L in the study group was higher than(32.01±3.21)ng/L in the conventional group;the study group had ET-1 of(74.09±6.02)ng/L and TM of(1.15±0.11)μg/L,which were lower than(89.18±9.05)ng/L and(1.62±0.19)μg/L in the conventional group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertensive vertigo,Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,regulate blood pressure,improve vascular endothelial function and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is of great clinical significance.
