腕踝针联合安宁疗护对转移性结直肠癌患者疼痛评分、生活质量评分的影响

Effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with hospice care on pain score and quality of life score in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer

目的观察腕踝针联合安宁疗护对转移性结直肠癌患者疼痛评分、生活质量评分的影响。方法选取南京中医药大学附属中西医结合医院2021年10月至2023年4月收治的62例转移性结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组31例采用安宁疗护,观察组31例采用腕踝针联合安宁疗护。比较2组干预前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分、免疫功能指标(外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果观察组治疗后1、2、4周疼痛VAS均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、2、4周HHI评分均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CD4^(+)均降低(P<0.05),CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后SF-36各项评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合安宁疗护能够改善转移性结直肠癌患者疼痛情况,提高希望水平与免疫功能,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with hospice care on pain score and quality of life score in patients with metastatic colon cancer(mCC).Methods A total of 62 patients with MCC admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to April 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=31,hospice care)and observation group(n=31,wrist-ankle acupuncture combined hospice care)according to a random number table.The visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain,Herth Hope Index(HHI),immune function indexes(peripheral blood CD4^(+),CD8^(+)levels and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and Short Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36)score were included as comparators between groups before and after intervention.Results At weeks 1,2 and 4 of treatment,VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the HHI scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,significantly decreased CD4^(+)level and significantly increased CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were detectedin the both groups(all P<0.05),and CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),CD8^(+)level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).SF-36 scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and which in the observation group were more higher relative to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with hospice care in MCC patients canrelieve pain,increase hope level and immune function,and improve quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
