丙烯酸酯橡胶-丁腈橡胶共混胶的制备及性能研究

摘要 研究了硫化剂/促进剂配比对ACM橡胶硫化速率的影响,通过调整ACM橡胶硫化时间使其与NBR达到共硫化。制备了四种不同并用比的ACM/NBR共混胶,对其力学性能、耐油性能、压缩永久变形性进行表征测试,结果显示,80/20比例下的ACM/NBR共混胶,可以取得力学性能和耐油性能的平衡,此比例下的共混胶相容性较好,且通过增加塑化剂用量可以改善相容性。 The effect of vulcanizing agent/accelerator ratio on Vulcanization rate of ACM rubber was studied.The vulcanization time of ACM rubber was adjusted to reach co-vulcanization with NBR.Four kinds of ACM/NBR blends with different blending ratios were prepared and their mechanical properties,oil resistance and compression set were characterized,the balance of mechanical properties and oil resistance can be obtained,and the compatibility of the blend is good at this ratio,and the compatibility can be improved by increasing the amount of plasticizer.
