光-生物可降解光敏剂/TPS/PBS复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 为研究聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)基复合材料的光-生物可降解性能,采用溶融热压法制备了光敏剂/TPS/PBS复合材料,研究了在光敏剂存在条件下TPS对复合材料的机械性能、热性能、光降解性能和生物降解性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着TPS含量的增加,降解速率越快,而复合材料的力学性能随之降低,且材料的结晶性能变化不明显。当TPS质量分数为30%且光敏剂质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料既能保持良好的力学性能,又能表现出良好的降解性能。 To study the photo-biodegradable properties of polybutylene succinate(PBS)-based composites,photosensitizer/TPS/PBS composites were prepared by solvothermal pressing method,and the effects of TPS on the mechanical,thermal,photodegradable and biodegradable properties of the composites in the presence of photosensitizer were investigated.The experimental results showed that with the increase of TPS content,the degradation rate was faster,while the mechanical properties of the composites decreased subsequently,but the crystalline properties of the materials did not change significantly.When the mass fraction of TPS was 30%and the mass fraction of photosensitizer was 0.5%,the composites can maintain good mechanical properties and also showed good degradation properties.
