基于生物接触氧化法的一种太阳能无动力净化槽在广东省的应用

摘要 为改善农村日益严重的水环境问题,结合农村生活污水的特点,基于接触氧化工艺的基本原理,辅以专有高效生化填料,进行了模块化生物反应器处理农村生活污水的研究,同时为了解决农村污水处理设施接电难、运行费用不足等问题,将太阳能供电融合于农村污水处理系统中。研究结果表明:在平均水温25℃、水力停留时间8 h的运行条件下,运行20 d调试完成后,进水COD、NH_(3)-N和SS质量浓度分别为132、18.6、127 mg/L时,出水质量浓度分别为52、4.2、15 mg/L,去除率分别为60.61%、77.42%、88.19%,出水水质满足广东省《农村生活污水处理排放标准》(DB 44/2208-2019)中的一级标准。 In order to improve the increasingly serious water environment problems in rural areas,combined with the characteristics of rural domestic sewage,based on the basic principle of contact oxidation process and supplemented with proprietary high-efficiency biochemical fillers,a modular bioreactor treatment of rural domestic sewage was studied.At the same time,in order to solve the problems of difficult power supply and insufficient operating costs of rural sewage treatment facilities,solar power supply was integrated into the rural sewage treatment system.The research results showed that under the operating conditions of an average water temperature of 25℃and a hydraulic retention time of 8 h,after 20 days of operation and debugging,the influent COD,NH_(3)-N,and SS mass concentrations were 132,18.6 and 127 mg/L,respectively.The effluent mass concentrations were 52,4.2 and 15 mg/L,respectively,and the removal rates were 60.61%,77.42%and 88.19%,respectively.The effluent quality met the first level standard in Guangdong Province's Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment and Discharge Standards(DB 44/2208-2019).
