长链支化高熔体强度聚丙烯的工业化生产

摘要 随着近年国内聚烯烃产能不断释放,通用级聚烯烃产品市场竞争力逐年下滑,开发高端化、专用化产品逐渐成为聚烯烃产业发展的方向。在该项目中,通过功能性Ziegler-Natta催化剂在英力士聚合工艺上的使用,成功开发出具有长链结构的高熔体强度聚丙烯产品。产品具有高熔体强度和拉伸应变硬化特性,可用于超临界挤出发泡(EPP)以及模压发泡等领域。与国内外采用的聚合后改性技术和茂金属技术相比,本技术具有综合生产成本低和适合通用工艺装置的特点。通过终端试用与评价,产品满足挤出和模压发泡加工要求,在缓冲包装、轻量化替代等方面具有广阔应用前景。 With the continuous release of domestic polyolefin production capacity,the profitability of low-end general products has been declining year by year,and the development of high-end and specialized polyolefin products has gradually become an inevitable choice for the development of polyolefin industry.This project developed long chain branched high melt strength polypropylene products at general polymerization plant by using functional Ziegler-Natta catalyst.The product had high melt strength and tensile strain hardening properties,which can be used in the field of clean carbon dioxide extrusion foam(EPP).Compared with the polymerization modification technology and metallocene technology generally used at home and abroad,this technology had the characteristics of low cost and universality.Through industrial production and downstream application,the product met the requirements of foaming processing.The product showed broad application prospects in buffer packaging,lightweight and functional materials.
