多分枝大分子破乳剂在中东某油田的性能评价

摘要 为降低中东某油田原油处理流程中乳化层,提升处理效果,开发出EB型破乳剂。该破乳剂以多分枝大分子聚醚为脱水主剂,复配分散助剂消乳化组分。瓶试研究表明该破乳剂能有效降低乳化层和盐含量。现场试验结果表明,在原油处理系统加注该破乳剂后,水洗罐探窗乳化层明显减少,水洗罐和电脱盐器出口原油BS&W分别降低约60%和65%,盐含量则分别降低54%和57%,原油处理系统效果达标。EB型破乳剂在该油田具有良好的应用前景。 In order to reduce the emulsion layer in crude oil treatment of an oilfield in Middle East,EB demulsifier was developed.The demulsifier used multi-branched macromolecular polyether as the main dehydration agent,and compounded with the demulsifying component of dispersant additives.Bottle test studies showed that this demulsifier can effectively reduce the emulsion layer and salt content.The field test results showed that with adding the demulsifier to the crude oil treatment system,the emulsion layer in wash tank was significantly reduced.The BS&W of the crude oil at the outlet of the wash tank and the electric desalter were reduced by about 60%and 65%,respectively,and the salt content was reduced by 54%and 57%,respectively.The crude oil treatment system met the requirements.EB demulsifier had good application prospects in this oilfield.
