通气锥在粉煤加压流化输送中的应用

Application of Gas Cone in Pressurized and Fluidizing Transportation of Pulverized Coal

在煤炭加工制化工材料的技术中,粉煤热解技术和煤气化技术中是应用最广泛的技术,都有粉煤或者焦粉的储存与输送过程。通气锥在粉煤加压、流化输送等过程中起着非常重要的作用,文中首先对通气锥核心烧结金属内件及粉煤加压输送工艺进行了介绍,然后对通气锥在粉煤加压、流化输送中的应用及常见问题进行了分析,最后提出优化措施以确保通气锥在实际应用中的稳定运行。

In the technology of processing coal into chemical materials,Pulverized coal pyrolysis and coal gasification are the most widely used technologies.There are storage and transportation processes of pulverized coal or coke powder.Gas cone plays an important role in the pressurized transportation process of pulverized coal.In this paper,Firstly,the core sintered metal internals and the pressurized transportation technology of pulverized coal were introduced,then the application and common problems of gas cone in the pressurized transportation of pulverized coal were analyzed,finally,suggestions were put forward to ensure the stable and good operation of gas cone.
