有机钴渣制备锌镉合金的短流程制备工艺研究

摘要 针对福美钠有机钴渣二次资源综合利用,研究了“还原焙烧-真空蒸馏”短流程新工艺制备锌镉合金和富钴渣。考察了还原焙烧温度、还原焙烧时间、碳粉加入量及真空蒸馏时间等因素对福美钠钴渣中的锌、镉、钴有价金属回收的影响,试验结果表明:还原焙烧温度500℃,碳粉加入量15%,蒸馏温度500℃,真空度低于10 Pa,蒸馏时间1~2 h,可得到蒸馏产物锌镉合金及富钴渣(Co百分含量≥85%)。 In response to the comprehensive utilization of secondary resources of Fumei sodium organic cobalt slag,a new short process of“reduction roasting vacuum distillation”was studied to prepare zinc cadmium alloy and cobalt rich slag.The effects of factors such as reduction roasting temperature,reduction roasting time,amount of carbon powder added,and vacuum distillation time on the recovery of valuable metals such as zinc,cadmium and cobalt in fumarate cobalt slag were investigated.The test results showed that the reduction of calcination temperature was 500℃,the carbon powder was added to 15%,the distillation temperature was 500℃,the vacuum was less than 10 Pa,the distillation time was 1~2 h,which can be obtained from zinc cadmium alloy and cadmium alloy(Co Content≥85%).
