高校化工原理实验教学中安全隐患分析及对策

摘要 近年来化工企业和化学化工类实验室安全事故频发,究其原因,除仪器设备本身老化及质量问题外,大多是实验操作人员安全意识淡薄、操作不当引起的。化工原理实验是高校化学、制药等专业的主要专业基础实验,是培养学生实践、工程思维和数据处理等能力重要课程,结合本校化工原理实验项目分析实验中存在的安全隐患,提出安全对策,为培养合格的化工人才提供安全的实验环境。 In recent years,there have been frequent safety accidents in chemical enterprises and chemical laboratories.In addition to the aging of equipment and quality issues,most of them are caused by the weak safety awareness and improper operation of experimental operators.Chemical engineering principle experiments are the main foundational experiments for majors such as Chemistry and Pharmacy in universities.They are important courses for cultivating students'practical,engineering thinking,and data processing abilities.Based on the analysis of safety hazards involved in the chemical principle experiment project of our school,safety countermeasures were proposed to provide a safe experimental environment for cultivating qualified chemical talents.
