光伏发电用华式箱式变电站不同布置方案对比分析

摘要 【目的】在落实“碳达峰、碳中和”目标任务的大背景下,光伏发电的市场前景广阔。光伏发电用的升压华式箱式变电站,根据油浸式变压器高低压端子位置的不同,设计两种不同结构形式的布置方案,分别为品字形布置和L形布置。不同厂家设计的布置方案不同,为了确定最优的布置方案,有必要对这两种布置方案进行分析。【方法】针对华式箱式变电站的两种布置方式,使用Creo4.0软件1:1详细绘制出两种方案的三维模型,分别从布置方案、重量成本、铜排成本、外形成本、起吊方式、运输方案等方面进行详细的对比分析。【结果】根据不同维度的对比分析,确定新能源光伏华式箱式变电站品字形布置在外形成本、起吊方式和运输方案等方面有优势,L形在铜排成本方面有优势。【结论】综合来讲,采用品字形布置方案可以有效地降低光伏华式箱式变电站的成本。 [Purposes]In the context of“Peak carbon”and“Carbon neutrality”,photovoltaic power genera-tion still has a bright future.According to the difference of high voltage and low voltage terminals of oil-immersed type transformer,two kinds of Chinese Pre-Fabricated substation structure are designed,which are character-type and L-type.The layout schemes designed by different manufacturers are differ-ent.In order to determine the optimal layout scheme,it is necessary to analyze these two layout schemes.[Methods]According to the two arrangement modes of Chinese Pre-Fabricated substation,the three-dimensional model of the two schemes was drawn in detail by using Creo4.0 software at 1:1,the detailed comparative analysis was carried out from the appearance cost,lifting mode and transportation scheme,and L-type has advantages in copper row cost.[Findings]According to the comparative analysis of differ-ent dimensions,it is determined that the font layout of new energy photovoltaic Huabian products has ad-vantages in reducing the photovoltaic Pre-Fabricated substation cost.[Conclusions]Generally speaking,the use of the character layout scheme can effectively aspects of arrangement scheme weight cost,copper bar cost,shape cost,lifting mode and transportation scheme.
