摘要
以JL公司H项目为研究对象,采用关键链法对H项目的进度计划进行优化。通过工作结构分解、活动排序、活动持续时间估算、绘制网络计划图、考虑资源约束后的关键路径分析、缓冲区设置,优化H项目的进度计划和总工期。研究结果表明,通过关键链法对项目进度计划进行优化,使得H项目的总工期相比传统PERT/CPM方法预测的97.7%完工概率的总工期缩短了42天,达到881.55天,完工概率超过99.7%。
Taking the H project of JL Company as the research object,the critical chain method is used to optimize the schedule of the H project.The progress plan and total duration of H project are optimized through decomposition of work structure,activity sequencing,activity duration estimation,network planning diagram drawing,critical path analysis after considering resource constraints and buffer setting.The results of the research show that,the total duration of Project H is shortened by 42 days to 881.55 days compared with the 97.7%completion probability predicted by the traditional PERT/CPM method by optimizing the project schedule through the critical chain method,and the completion probability exceeds 99.7%.
