摘要
河滩镇农村饮水安全工程水源地始建于1998年河滩改水工程中,位于刘家峡水库右岸祁杨附近,取水形式为深井取水。由于近年来刘家峡水库频繁超汛限水位下泄水库水,导致该水源地取水口在每年5-6月份和11月份无法正常取水天数长达58天之久,且水源地位于大夏河入库口,每逢雨季,河道洪水对水源地水质产生较大影响,现有净化设备处理能力不足,使河滩镇11个村和柳树乡1个村,共计35198农村人口饮用水无法得到稳定保障,因此急需更换水源地。本文结合此次水源地改建工程详细论述了不同水源地改建方案的经济性比选过程,以求达到此民生工程效益最大化,并为同类工程提供参考。
The water source for the rural drinking water safety project in Hetan Town was built in the 1998 Hetan water improvement project.It is located near the Qiyang River on the right bank of the Liujiaxia Reservoir,and the water intake method is deep well water intake.Due to the frequent discharge of reservoir water beyond the flood limit level in recent years,the water intake of this water source has been unable to operate normally for up to 58 days every May-June and November.Moreover,the water source is located at the entrance of the Daxia River,and during the rainy season,river floods have a significant impact on the water quality of the water source.The existing purification equipment has insufficient processing capacity,which makes it impossible to provide stable drinking water for a total of 35,198 rural residents in 11 villages in Hetan Town and one village in Liushu Township.Therefore,it is urgent to replace the water source.This article discusses in detail the economic comparison process of different water source reconstruction schemes in combination with this water source reconstruction project,in order to maximize the benefits of this livelihood project and provide a reference for similar projects.
