This paper mainly probed enlightening and thinking to the development of china general contracting and divided contracting,as far as action controlling about FIDIC could br concerned.The author analyzed and talked about it accounting to general contracting,or dividing contracting,or employer and providing labor entity,and deeply enlightening to the development of china general contracting and divided contracting and point out some problems to think.
