摘要
目的系统评价实习护生在临床实习期间的真实体验。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library(CENTRAL)及CINAHL数据库,搜索有关实习护生真实体验的质性研究,检索年限从建库至2022年10月。基于2017版JBI依照卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价体系,针对相关文献及资料开展质量评价工作。针对相关结果加以整合。结果在12项文献之内精选具有明确意义的36个结果。汇总类别共计8个,形成了合计3大类整合结果:实习护生承受着诸多压力,渴望得到帮助与支持,但也获得了成长;实习护生职业获益感较强,但职业认同感低;实习护生在面对死亡、癌痛患者护理时情感复杂,缺乏专业知识及技能,不能正确应对。结论学校和医院应及时了解实习护生压力源,考虑护生所在地区、学历、性别、年龄等差异,予以帮助与支持,重视对实习护生职业认知的引导,强化正向积极的职业情感,增加其职业认同感,并加强实习护生死亡和疼痛教育。
Objective To systematically evaluate the real experience of intern nursing students during clinical practice.Methods CNKI,WanFang,VIP,China Biology Medicine Disc(CBM),PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library(CENTRAL)and CINAHL databases were searched using computer,and qualitative research on the real experience of intern nursing students from the establishment of the database to October 2022 were retrieved.Based on the 2017 edition of JBI,the quality evaluation work was carried out for related documents and materials according to the quality evaluation system of qualitative research in healthcare center.Relevant results were integrated.Results A total of 36 results with clear significance were selected from 12 literatures.There were a total of 8 categories summarized,which formed the integration result of 3 categories.Nursing students were under a lot of pressure,eager for help and support,but they have also grown.Nursing students had a strong sense of professional benefits,but a low sense of professional identity.When intern nursing students faced death and cancer pain,their emotions were complicated,and they lacked professional knowledge and skills,so they couldn’t cope correctly.Conclusion Schools and hospitals should know the stressors of intern nursing students in time,consider the differences of intern nursing students’location,education background,gender and age,give them help and support.Guiding the professional cognition of intern nursing students should be paid attention to,positive professional emotions should be strengthened,their sense of professional identity increases,and education on death and pain in intern nursing st udents should be enhanced.
