省域医学检查检验结果共享互认体系构建研究

Research on the construction of provincial medical examination and testing sharing and mutual recognition system

目的通过福建省医学检查检验共享互认体系实践分析,为区域医疗信息共享建设提供参考。方法构建福建省医学检查检验共享互认平台,建立数据交换规则,拓展“医学影像云”子系统,构建共享互认监管指标体系,强化监管结果应用。结果福建省医学检查检验共享互认体系在社会、经济、信息技术创新、地方标准建立等方面均有良好的效益。结论省域内医疗机构信息化水平是实现省域医疗信息共享互认的基础,平台数据完整性需要监控,数据的再利用有待挖掘,通过福建省医学检查检验共享互认体系的建设实践可以为其他省域共享互认体系建设和工作改进提升提供参考。

Objective To provide reference for the construction of regional medical information sharing through the practical analysis of medical examination and testing sharing and mutual recognition system in Fujian Province.Methods A shared and mutual recognition platform for medical examination and testing was built in Fujian Province,data exchange rules were established,medical image cloud subsystem was expanded,a shared and mutual recognition supervision index system was built,and the application of supervision results was strengthened.Results The sharing and mutual recognition system of medical examination and testing in Fujian Province has good benefits in social,economic,information technology innovation and the establishment of local standards.Conclusion The informatization level of medical institutions in the province is the basis of realizing the sharing and mutual recognition of medical information in the province.The integrity of platform data needs to be monitored,and the reuse of data needs to be tapped.The construction practice of the sharing and mutual recognition system for medical examination and testing in Fujian Province can provide reference for the construction and improvement of other provinces’sharing and mutual recognition systems.
