环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼在老年患者无痛胃肠镜诊疗中的麻醉效果

Anesthetic Effect of Cyclopol Combined with Low Dose Sufentanil in Painless Gastrointestinal Mirror Diagnosis and Treatment of Elderly Patients

目的探讨评价在无痛胃肠镜诊治老年患者时,环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼的麻醉效果。方法收集2022年5月至2023年5月在我院接受无痛胃肠镜诊疗的老年患者,共80例,采用随机数字表法分组处理,每组40例。对照组实施丙泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼麻醉,观察组采用环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果、不同时段两组患者的血流动力学指标、麻醉相关指标及不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者的麻醉效果的优良率以及麻醉诱导后各时段的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)以及血氧饱和度(SpO2)水平均高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组麻醉起效时间、意识恢复时间及定向力恢复时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者无痛胃肠镜诊疗中应用环泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼对患者呼吸、循环影响轻微,可缩短麻醉起效时间,降低麻醉相关不良反应发生率,更有利于患者的术后康复。

Objective Exploring and evaluating the anesthesia effect of cyprinone combined with low-dose sufentanil in the diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were collected.They were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received propofol combined with low-dose sufentanil anesthesia,while the observation group received propofol combined with low-dose sufentanil anesthesia.The anesthesia effect,hemodynamic indexes,anesthesia-related indexes and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of anaesthesia effect and the levels of heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and oxygen saturation(SpO2)in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05);and the onset time of anaesthesia,the recovery of consciousness,and the recovery of orientation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of propofol combined with low-dose sufentanil in painless gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients has a slight impact on their breathing and circulation,can shorten the onset time of anesthesia,reduce the incidence of anesthesia related adverse reactions,and is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.
