质量控制护士岗位胜任力的潜在剖面分析

摘要 目的探究质量控制护士岗位胜任力潜在类别,并探讨其潜在剖面的影响因素。方法便利选取2023年8月福建医科大学附属第一医院173名质量控制护士,采用一般资料调查表、质量控制护士岗位胜任力调查问卷收集资料,采用Mplus 8.3软件对质量控制护士岗位胜任力进行潜在剖面分析,分为3组,分别命名为“低胜任力-低科研创新能力组”“中胜任力-低科研创新能力组”“高胜任力-中科研创新能力组”,依次包含78、82、13名护理人员,运用Logistic回归分析不同潜在类别的影响因素。结果科室类别、文化程度、职称、工作年限、年龄、累积质量控制工作年限是质量控制护士岗位胜任力潜在剖面分类的影响因素(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,质量控制护士岗位胜任力潜在类别与护士文化程度、科室类别、职称显著相关(P<0.05)。结论质量控制护士岗位胜任力存在3种潜在类别,管理者可基于质量控制护士岗位胜任力同质群体,有针对性地进行干预,以提高其岗位胜任力。 Objective To explore the potential categories of quality control nurses'post competency,and to explore the factors of these potential profile.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to selected 173 quality control nurses from The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in August 2023.The general information questionnaire,quality control nurses'post competency questionnaire and Job satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect data.Mplus 8.3 software was used to analyze the Latent profile of quality control nurses'post competency,it was divided into 3 groups,named"low competency-low scientific research and innovation ability group","medium competency-low scientific research and innovation ability group"and"high competency-medium scientific research and innovation ability group",which included 78,82 and 13 nursing staff in turn.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of different potential categories.Results Department category,education level,professional title,working years,age,cumulative quality control work years were the factors of the potential profile of quality control nurses'post competency(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed there was a significant correlation between the nurses'education level,department category,and professional title(P<0.05).Conclusions There are three potential categories of quality control nurses'post competency.Managers can carry out targeted interventions based on the homogeneous group of quality control nurses'post competency to improve their post competency.
