小剂量阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔治疗重度妊娠期高血压的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Small-Dose Aspirin Combined with Labelol to Treat Severe Hypertension During Severe Pregnancy

目的探讨重度妊娠期高血压患者使用小剂量阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔治疗方式的价值。方法选择2020年1月至2022年1月我院接诊的96例重度妊娠期高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分成观察组50例和对照组46例,对照组患者使用拉贝洛尔治疗,观察组患者使用小剂量阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔的方式治疗,对两组患者的治疗有效率、舒张压、收缩压、不良分娩结局以及sFlt-1、PIGF指标和sFlt-1/PIGF比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗之后的舒张压、收缩压指标以及不良分娩结局的发生率,观察组患者比对照组患者整体更低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者比对照组患者sFlt-1指标、sFlt-1/PIGF比值更低,PIGF指标更高(P<0.05)。结论针对重度妊娠期高血压患者进行治疗的过程中,应用小剂量阿司匹林联合拉贝洛尔治疗的方式,不仅能提升患者的治疗有效率,控制患者的血压指标,还能降低患者不良分娩结局的发生风险,改善患者的sFlt-1和PIGF指标以及sFlt-1/PIGF。

Objective To explore the value of small doses of aspirin combined with Labelol treatment during severe hypertension during severe pregnancy.Methods A total of 96 patients with severe severe pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were research targets,and patients were divided into observation groups(50 cases)and control groups(46 cases)according to the random digital table method.In the treatment,patients with a small dose of aspirin were treated with small doses of aspirin.Treatment response rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and adverse pregnancy and childbirth outcomes,and sFlt-1,PIGF index and sFlt-1/PIGF ratio before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective efficiency of the observation group was higher than the patients in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure index and adverse pregnancy and childbirth outcomeswere lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the patients with the observation group sFlt-1,sFlt-1/PIGF index are lower,but has higher PIGF indicators(P<0.05).Conclusions During the treatment of patients with severe hypertension during pregnancy,the application of small-dose aspirin combined with Labell treatment can not only improve the effectiveness of patient treatment,control the patient's blood pressure indicators,but also reduce the end of the patient's bad delivery ending Risks to improve the SFLT-1 and PIGF indicators of patients and the sFlt-1/PIGF indicator.
