基于加速康复理念的营养支持干预在直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果

Exploration of Perioperative Nutritional Support Concept and Nursing for Gastrointestinal Cancer Patients Undergoing Accelerated Rehabilitation

目的研究基于加速康复理念的营养支持干预在直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法于我院2021年10月至2023年10月结直肠癌手术患者中抽取74例,经随机数字表法分为对照组(传统营养支持模式)和观察组(加速康复理念下营养支持模式),对比两组康复时间、营养指标、免疫指标、并发症分析护理效果。结果观察组排气时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组转铁蛋白(TRF)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于结直肠癌患者采取加速康复理念下营养支持干预有利于加快术后机体康复速度,从而缩短胃肠道恢复和住院的时间;同时能够改善术后机体营养状态以及免疫功能,减轻患者痛苦,加速患者早日回归正常生活。

Objective To study the effectiveness of a nutritional support intervention based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation in patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery.Methods Seventy-four cases of colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected,which were divided into control group(traditional nutritional support mode)and observation group(nutritional support mode under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation).The nursing effect of the two groups were compared with rehabilitation time,nutrition index,immune index and complications.Results The observation group had shorter time of defecation,time of defecation,and hospitalisation time than the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of transferrin(TRF),albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PAB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional support intervention under the concept of accelerated recovery is beneficial for accelerating postoperative recovery in patients with colorectal cancer,thereby shortening gastrointestinal recovery and hospitalization time.At the same time,it can improve the postoperative nutritional status and immune function of the body,which is more conducive to physical and mental recovery.In addition,as the immune system improves,preventing complications can also alleviate patient pain and accelerate their return to normal life as soon as possible.
