流程化护理在血液透析动静脉内瘘患者干预中的应用价值

The Application Value of Streamline Care in the Intervention of Patients with Arteriovenous Fistula on Hemodialysis

目的分析流程化护理在血液透析动静脉内瘘患者干预中的应用价值。方法选择福建医科大学附属第二医院血透室于2020年2月至2021年12月收治的130例血液透析动静脉内瘘患者,经随机数字表法分组后,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组则在常规护理基础上联合采取流程化护理,评估两组患者的并发症发生率、对护理的满意度、自我管理能力评分以及依从性评分。结果观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,认知维度、自我管理维度、危险因素控制维度等自我管理评分以及患者对护理的满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05);出院时和随访30 d,观察组患者的依从性评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘患者护理干预中,流程化护理的运用可以提升患者依从性,对于降低动静脉内瘘相关并发症发生率的意义重大。

Objective To analyze the application value of streamline nursing in patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods In the hemodialysis room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in 130 patients from February 2020 to December 2021,after being grouped by the random number table method,the patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing care,while the observation group adopted process nursing care on the basis of conventional nursing care,and assessed the complication rate,satisfaction with nursing care,self-management ability scores and adherence scores of the patients in the two groups.Results The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the self-management scores of the cognitive dimension,self-management dimension,and risk factor control dimension,as well as the patient's satisfaction with nursing care were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);at the time of discharge and at 30 d of follow-up,the compliance scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the nursing intervention of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula,the application of streamlined nursing mode can improve patient compliance,and it is of great significance to reduce the incidence of complications related to arteriovenous fistula.
