早熟一方治疗特发性中枢性性早熟患儿的疗效观察

Observations on the Therapeutic Efficacy of the Treatment of Children with Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty with One Side of Precocious Puberty

目的探讨早熟一方治疗特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)患儿的疗效。方法选取2022年6月至2023年5月本院收治的100例ICPP患儿为对象,根据入组顺序分为两组。对照组采用醋酸甲地孕酮分散片治疗,观察组采用早熟一方治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、血清指标、激素指标及第二性征指标。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、乳核直径、卵巢容积、子宫容积及促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平低于对照组,胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBP-3)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组黄体生成素(LH)水平对比(P>0.05)。结论早熟一方治疗ICPP的效果较好,可减缓第二性征发育进程,调节IGF-1、IGFBP-3及性激素的表达。

Objective To explore the curative effect of precocious party in treating children with idiopathic central precocious puberty.Methods A total of 100 children with ICPP admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the enrollment order.The control group was treated with megestrol,and the observation group was treated with precocious party.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,serum indicators,hormone indicators,and secondary sexual characteristic indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of control group 78.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,milk nucleus diameter,ovarian volume,uterine volume and serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,while insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and insulin growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),comparison of luteinizing hormone(LH)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The precocious side had a better effect on ICPP,which could slow down the development of secondary sex characteristics and regulate the expression of IGF-1,IGFBP-3 and sex hormones.
