舒适护理服务在鼻窦炎患者护理中的实施效果

Implementation Effect of Comfort Nursing Service in Nursing of Patients with Sinusitis

目的分析舒适护理服务在鼻窦炎患者护理中的实施效果。方法选取我院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的278例鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与试验组,每组139例。其中对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组实施舒适护理服务。观察两组干预前后心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量以及舒适度。结果干预后,试验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、入睡时间、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍、安眠药物评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组生理功能、躯体功能、感情状况评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组舒适度97.12%高于对照组的89.21%(P<0.05)。结论对鼻窦炎患者实施舒适护理服务更利于稳定患者心理状态,提高睡眠质量,从而有助于提升生活质量,提高患者医疗服务舒适度,促进护患关系良好发展。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing service in the nursing of patients with sinusitis.Methods 278 patients with sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 139 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given comfort nursing service.The psychological state,sleep quality,life quality and comfort level of the two groups were observed before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(both P<0.05).Sleep time,sleep disorder,fall asleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction and sleep medication scores of experimental groups were lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical function and emotional status of experimental groups were higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).The comfort level of test group was 97.12%higher than that of reference group 89.21%(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comfortable nursing services for patients with sinusitis is more conducive to stabilizing the psychological state of patients,improving the quality of sleep,thereby contributing to improving the quality of life,improving the comfort level of patients'medical services,and promoting the good development of nurse-patient relationship.
