心理护理在慢性盆腔炎患者药物治疗期间的临床应用效果

The Clinical Application Effect of Psychological Nursing During Drug Treatment in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探析为药物治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者应用心理护理干预的临床效果,以寻求提高治疗期间患者体验的有效模式。方法纳入2022年1月至2023年6月本院妇产科收治确诊为慢性盆腔炎患者且符合药物治疗指征患者70例为分析对象,用随机数字表法设计分组,分别命名为对照组、观察组,各35例,在克林霉素药物治疗期间分别给予常规护理、常规护理联合针对性心理护理。从两组患者在自我效能、负面情绪、用药依从性和生活质量方面差异进行评价。结果干预后,观察组自我效能量表(GSES)评分、用药依从性以及生理、心理、社会、环境等各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论为药物治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者应用心理护理能够发挥满足预期的辅助配合效果,改善负面情绪影响,保障依从性以确保治疗顺利进行,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with drugs,in order to find an effective model to improve patient experience during treatment.Methods 70 patients diagnosed with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and meeting the indications for drug treatment admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were included as the analysis subjects,and the grouping was designed by the random number table method,and they were named as the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group,respectively,routine care,routine care combined with targeted psychological care were given during clindamycin medication,respectively.Differences in self-efficacy,negative emotions,medication adherence and quality of life were evaluated from the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group's generalized self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,medication adherence,and various quality of life scores such as physiological,psychological,social,and environmental scores were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after the intervention,the observation group's self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scale scores were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of psychological nursing for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated with drugs can play a role in meeting the expected auxiliary effect,improve the negative emotional impact,ensure compliance to ensure the smooth treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
