摘要
为了在轴承使用前分析研判其在特定工况下的承载工作能力,基于某型高速角接触球轴承的特定工况,分别从急加减速过程、非稳态工作时润滑状态、保持架动态特性和强度、最佳预紧力等4个方面开展仿真研究,针对出现的影响轴承稳定工作的现象进行分析,对该型轴承的实际工程使用给出了合理化建议。
In order to analyze and evaluate the loading capability of bearings proir to their use under specific working conditions,based on a certain type of high speed angular contact ball bearings in the performance of the specific conditions,conducts simulation research respectively in terms of sharp deceleration process,unsteady lubrication state,maintained dynamic characteristics and strength and best pre-tightening force.The phenomenons affecting steady working of the bearrings are analyzed and the rationalisation proposals for the actual engineering use of the bearings of this type are given.
