摘要
本文通过分析四川省凉山彝族自治州烧烤产业深厚的文化底蕴和地域特色,明确烧烤产业发展对该地经济社会发展的重要性。随着现代餐饮业的快速发展,消费者对食品安全、健康饮食的要求越来越高,烧烤市场的竞争日益激烈,同时面临着诸多挑战。本文提出了企业和政府联合发展的思路,以期为促进四川省凉山彝族自治州烧烤产业的健康发展提供重要参考。
This article analyzes the deep cultural and regional characteristics of the barbecue industry in Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture,Sichuan province,and clarifies the importance of the development of the barbecue industry to the economic and social development of the region.With the rapid development of modern catering industry,consumers’requirements for food safety and healthy diet have prompted the competition in the barbecue market to become increasingly fierce,and it is also facing many challenges.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward the joint development ideas between enterprises and governments,in order to provide important reference for promoting the healthy development of barbecue industry in Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture,Sichuan province.
