摘要
为完善D-阿洛酮糖结晶工艺,本研究以D-阿洛酮糖结晶后的目数分布及晶体形态为指标,优化了D-阿洛酮糖浓度、晶种量、蒸发水量、搅拌转速以及降温频率。结果表明,阿洛酮糖的最优结晶工艺为D-阿洛酮糖浓度76%、晶种添加量1.4%、蒸发水量83 g·h^(-1)、搅拌转速16 r·min^(-1)和降温频率0.4℃·h^(-1),此条件下结晶收率较高,晶体晶型良好。
In order to improve the crystallization process of D-allulose,the mesh distribution and crystal morphology of D-allulse after crystallization were used as indicators to optimize the concentration of D-allulose,the amount of seed crystal,the amount of evaporated water,the stirring speed and the cooling frequency.The results showed that the optimal crystallization process of allulose was concentration 76%,seed addition 1.4%,evaporation water 83 g·h^(-1),stirring speed 16 r·min^(-1),and cooling frequency 0.4℃·h^(-1).Under this condition,the crystallization yield was high and the crystal form was good.
