基于化学计量学建模分析对甘草质量的综合评价

摘要 为探讨主成分分析法和相关性分析综合评价不同种植地点和时间甘草药材质量的可行性,分别对甘肃省张掖市不同地区种植的共14批甘草药材中芹糖甘草苷、甘草苷、甘草酸、浸出物、多糖、总黄酮、粗纤维及水分含量进行测定,并对测定的结果进行相关性分析及主成分分析。相关性分析表明,各指标存在潜在的相关性,其中甘草浸出物与总黄酮、甘草酸之间呈极显著性相关,甘草苷与甘草酸之间呈显著性相关,总黄酮与芹糖甘草苷、甘草苷之间呈显著性相关,芹糖甘草苷与甘草苷之间呈显著性相关,其他指标之间的相关性显著性弱或不显著。综合主成分评价表明,14号样品品质最优,肃南县种植的甘草质量普遍较高。综上表明相关性分析及主成分分析可以用于不同地点甘草的质量分析及综合评价,可以为甘草的多指标评价提供借鉴,也可以为进一步建立全面的甘草质量评价体系奠定基础。 In order to explore the feasibility of principal component analysis and correlation analysis on comprehensive quality evaluation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.from different planting sites and times of Zhangye city,Gansu province by principal component analysis and correlation analysi,fourteen batches of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.of different producing areas are measured with liquiritin apioside,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid,extractum,polysaccharide,total flavonoids,crude fiber and water content,and the correlation analysis and principal component analysis are carried out.Correlation analysis shows that there are potential correlations among the indexes.There is significant correlation between extractum and total flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid,liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid,total flavonoids and liquiritin apioside and liquiritin,liquiritin apioside and liquiritin.The correlation between other indicators is weak or not significant.The comprehensive principal component evaluation shows that the quality of sample No.14 is the best,and the quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.in Sunan County is generally higher.Overall,this indicates that correlation analysis and principal component analysis can be used for quality analysis and comprehensive evaluation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.in different locations,which can provide reference for multi-index evaluation of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,and lay a foundation for further establishing a comprehensive quality evaluation system of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch..
