绿化植物废弃物栽培茶树菇最适氮源筛选

Screening of Optimal Nitrogen Source for Cultivation of Agrocybe aegerita by Greenery Waste

摘要 以绿化植物废弃物为主料,研究3种不同氮源(尿素、豆饼粉、鸡粪)对茶树菇菌丝体和子实体生长的影响,旨在筛选出绿化植物废弃物栽培茶树菇的最适氮源,为充分利用绿化植物废弃物资源及探究新型食用菌培养料提供参考依据。结果表明,豆饼粉为氮源时茶树菇的出菇时间、单个子实体质量、菌柄长度、菌柄直径和菌盖直径最大,鸡粪为氮源时菌丝生长速度和鲜菇袋产量最大,尿素为氮源时菌盖厚度最大。通过主成分分析对各个指标进行综合评价,得出豆饼粉为最适氮源。 The effects of three different nitrogen sources(urea,soybean cake powder and chicken manure)on the mycelium growth and fruit bodies of Agrocybe aegerita were studied with greenery waste as the main material.The aim was to screen out the optimal nitrogen source for the cultivation of A.aegerita by greenery waste,and to provide reference for making full use of greenery waste resources and exploring new kinds of culture material for edible fungi.The results showed that when soybean cake powder was nitrogen source,the fruiting time,single fruit body mass,stipe length,stipe diameter and pileus diameter were the largest.When chicken manure was nitrogen source,the mycelial growth rate and fresh mushroom bag yield were the largest.When urea was nitrogen source,the pileus thickness was the largest.The comprehensive evaluation of each index by principal component analysis showed that the optimal nitrogen source was soybean cake powder.
