摘要
针对电动汽车充电过程中因接触不良等原因导致充电部件温度过高问题,设计了一种基于物联网的电动汽车充电系统内外协同温度监控系统,系统由监控主机、ZigBee无线温度终端、移动监控平台等组成。通过车载动力电池管理器系统(BMS)监测数据和外部无线终端温度监测的协同监控,实现温度异常预警并对异常情况进行干预。试验结果表明,该系统能够实时监测电动汽车充电部件的温度信息,有效预防异常高温引发事故,具有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the problem of high temperature caused by factors such as poor contact in the charging components of electric vehicle charging process,an internal and external coordinated temperature monitoring system for electric vehicle charging system based on the Internet of Things was designed.The system consists of monitoring host,ZigBee wireless temperature terminal,mobile monitoring platform and other parts.Through the coordinate monitoring of the monitoring data of the on-board battery management system(BMS)and the external wireless terminal temperature monitoring,the temperature abnormality warning and intervention could be achieve.The experimental results show that the system could monitor the temperature information of the charging components of electric vehicles in real time,effectively prevent accidents cause by abnormal high temperature,and has certain practical value.
